The installation and commissioning of the sandblasting machine has been completed

(1) After the sandblasting machine was installed and debugged, the rust removal work on the inner wall of 104 Φ101.6mm×9.65mm oil special steel pipes was completed. Only 1-2 people are required to operate the equipment. The adoption of PLC fully automatic control system improves the automation level of the whole equipment, and the rust removal level meets the requirements of Sa2.5-3 specified in GB/T8923.

(2) The sandblasting machine has abrasive recovery function, which can automatically complete abrasive recovery, processing and automatic feeding into the sandblasting machine, which greatly reduces labor intensity. The two-stage dust removal system consisting of cyclone dust collector and bag dust collector can control the dust generated during sandblasting and improve the working environment.
