Professional Shot Blasting Machine Manufacturer in China

Jinwo has manufactured shot blasting equipment since 2019. The plant covers 4,800 m² and runs at an annual capacity of 200 sets. More than 50 people work here, 20 of them in engineering, five with over 20 years in the trade. Between 2019 and 2026 we delivered over 1,500 sets to more than 1,000 customers — roughly 214 a year, which is the figure that shows the capacity number is real. Nine utility model patents and 42 models across nine machine families sit behind that output.

Our air blast line covers five types: blast cabinets, blast rooms, wet blast machines, vacuum blasting machines, and internal and external wall machines for tank shells, pipe and vessels. Standard cabinets run from 0.1 m³ to 0.9 m³ internal volume across six models; rooms and wall machines are built to the workpiece. Every unit ships with a matched dust collector.

A 12-month warranty period, a 24-hour response commitment, and wear parts held in stock: blast wheel blades, impellers, distributors, control cages and wear liners cover all nine machine families and 42 models. Installation & commissioning and operator training are carried out on site by our own engineers before handover.
