    This customized equipment project is developed and manufactured by Qingdao Jinwo Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. for China National Coal Energy Group Co., Ltd. It is a large hook-type shot blasting cleaning machine specially designed for mining machinery equipment and heavy steel structural components. To meet the core requirements of rust removal, scale elimination, and surface strengthening for workpieces such as mining hydraulic supports, cylinder barrels, and welded structural parts under high-humidity and highly corrosive underground working conditions in the coal industry, the equipment addresses common industry pain points, including low efficiency of traditional manual grinding, inconsistent cleaning quality, insufficient coating adhesion, and short fatigue life of workpieces. It provides standardized surface treatment solutions for anti-corrosion coating and performance enhancement of mining machinery.

    The complete set of equipment adopts a large-tonnage heavy-duty hook design with a single hook load capacity suitable for heavy mining components. Combined with a hook rotation mechanism and blast wheels arranged in a staggered multi-angle layout, it achieves 360° dead-angle-free cleaning of workpieces, with the cleaning grade steadily reaching Sa2.5 specified in GB/T 8923. Meanwhile, the cold hardening effect of shot blasting increases the surface compressive stress of workpieces, improves their fatigue resistance and wear resistance, and extends their underground service life. The equipment is equipped with built-in Mn13 high manganese steel wear-resistant liners, a fully automatic shot recycling and separation system, and a pulse cartridge dust removal device. Supported by an intelligent centralized PLC control system, it supports adjustable parameters and unattended continuous operation. While maintaining stable cleaning quality, it greatly reduces abrasive consumption and dust emissions, satisfying the safety production and environmental control requirements of the coal industry.
