The 24-Hour Operation of Environmentally Friendly Blast Rooms
July 1, 2025

Scope of application of environmentally friendly sand blasting room and shot blasting room: suitable for surface treatment of small and medium-sized metal workpieces, such as blanks, castings, welded parts, heat treatment parts, steel structures, containers, transformer shells, special-shaped parts, etc. The air-return sandblasting room system is suitable for sandblasting and rust removal and particle strengthening treatment of large steel structures and pre-coating surfaces such as aviation, military, shipbuilding, construction machinery, petrochemical, water conservancy machinery and bridge components, large-scale full-speed structure factories, locomotive and rolling stock factories, mining equipment factories, power equipment factories, large-scale motor factories, large-scale pump and valve factories, etc. Through sandblasting, it can completely remove welding slag, rust, oxide scale, oil stain on the surface of the workpiece, improve the adhesion of the metal surface before coating, and achieve the purpose of long-term anti-corrosion. Through shot peening, the surface stress of the workpiece is eliminated, and the strength of the workpiece is improved, which is an indispensable equipment in the long-term anti-corrosion strengthening treatment process.

The working characteristics of the environmental protection sandblasting room: the sandblasting room is provided with the carrying pressure, the sandblasting pressure display, and is equipped with a pressure reducing valve, which can adjust the sandblasting pressure according to the need. The dust removal system of the sandblasting room with the configuration of the cyclone dust collector can separate the dust, rust, oxide scale and other impurities generated during the sandblasting process from the recirculating abrasive. The sorted powder enters the system for recycling, and the dust and oxide scale are collected by the dust removal system, and the discharge meets the requirements of national environmental protection standards.
