Shot Blasting Machine Parts
Product Description:

Shot Blasting Device Components

  • Shot Splitting Wheel:
The primary component for propelling the abrasive media onto the workpiece. It is often referred to as the "impeller," which can be a single or double-disc design, with left-handed or right-handed blades.

  • Directional Sleeve:
Mounted on the shot blasting machine shell, this part ensures the precise direction of the shot flow. It is made of high-chromium wear-resistant cast iron, with a surface hardness of HRC60-65 after heat treatment, and allows for adjustable projectile angle control.

  • Spindle Seat Assembly & Inlet Pipe (Shot Flow Tube):
These components are integral to guiding the flow of the shot, ensuring even distribution during the shot blasting process.

Conveying and Hopper Components

  • Screw Conveyor (Jiaolong):
A standard horizontal conveying equipment for abrasive circulation. It conveys the abrasive mixture into the elevator’s feed opening, preventing pill buildup and extending service life.

  • Cast Iron Hopper:
Fixed to the lifting belt, this hopper can be customized based on customer needs. It offers high impact strength, elasticity, and excellent wear resistance, made of high-chromium cast iron or 16Mn steel plate.

Rubber Components

  • Rubber Curtains and Rubber Tracks:
These parts can be customized based on demand. Rubber curtains require careful attention to the arrangement of holes and distances, while rubber tracks (e.g., Q324, Q326, Q3210) come with different hole diameters (6mm, 8mm, 10mm).

Shot Blasting Parts

  • Shot Blasting Blades:
Made with an outer thickness and inner thinness design, these blades undergo heat treatment for a surface hardness of HRC60-65, offering high wear resistance. They typically last 800-1000 hours. All blades are carefully trimmed, polished, and balanced to ensure minimal impact, with a weight difference of ≤5g per blade.

  • Shot Blasting Machine Shot Wheel:
The shot wheel directs the abrasive media to the blade tips. Due to centrifugal force, the media accelerates and strikes the workpiece at high speed, achieving effective surface cleaning.

  • Shot Blasting Machine Directional Sleeve:
This part ensures accurate projectile area positioning by adjusting the angle and direction of the shot. Made of high-chromium special wear-resistant cast iron, it has a surface hardness of HRC60-65 and is fully enclosed for better protection.

  • Shot Blast Wheel Impeller:
The impeller, fitted with rotating vanes, is part of the rotor of the impulse steam turbine. It plays a critical role in accelerating the abrasive particles and directing them toward the workpiece.
