Wind Recovery Sandblasting Room

    Wind Recovery Abrasive Blasting Room is an automatic, eco-friendly surface treatment equipment. Based on negative pressure air recovery, it realizes automatic abrasive recovery, screening, and recycling. It is widely used for rust removal, paint stripping, descaling, surface strengthening, and anti-corrosion pretreatment of large workpieces.

    (Manual / Automatic) Wind Recovery Abrasive Blasting Room is suitable for surface cleaning and rust removal of large workpieces, and improves adhesion between workpieces and coatings. It is applied in machinery, shipbuilding, military, engineering machinery, petroleum machinery, bridges, locomotives, spraying, large steel structures, and other industries.

    This machine is a special reciprocating trolley-type shot blasting machine, consisting of a blasting chamber, a double-gun continuous blasting unit, a honeycomb floor, a floor chute, pneumatic conveying pipeline, abrasive-dust separation chamber, hopper, abrasive control system, lighting system, dust removal system, and electric control system.

    The equipment generates negative pressure airflow via a fan to suck used abrasive, dust, and impurities into the recovery system synchronously. After screening and purification, qualified abrasives are recycled automatically, while dust and waste are collected centrally. There is no dust leakage or secondary pollution during the whole process. The machine requires no pit, is easy to install, and runs stably, greatly reducing abrasive consumption and manual cleaning costs. It is an ideal upgrade for traditional open blasting.
