Core Structure and Working Principle:

Crawler conveying system: It is composed of a specially made crawler (mostly made of manganese steel, which is wear-resistant and impact-resistant) to form a closed conveying cavity. The workpieces flip and move slowly along with the crawler, ensuring that their surfaces are impacted by projectiles in all directions. The tightness of the crawler can be adjusted or different specifications can be replaced according to the size of the workpieces, making it suitable for small and medium-sized, batch workpieces (such as castings, forgings, hardware, etc.).

Shot blaster: As the core working component, it is usually installed on the top or side of the equipment. It projects projectiles (steel shots, steel grits, etc.) at high speed onto the surface of the workpieces through a high-speed rotating impeller, achieving the effect of cleaning or strengthening.

Projectile circulation system: It includes links such as projectile recovery (collected through the screen and screw conveyor under the crawler), separation (removing impurities and broken projectiles), and lifting (sent back to the shot blaster by a bucket elevator), realizing the reuse of projectiles.

Dust removal system: Equipped with a bag filter or pulse dust collector, it filters the dust (metal debris, oxide scale, etc.) generated during the shot blasting process, reduces environmental pollution, and meets industrial environmental protection standards.

Main Functions and Application Scenarios:

Surface cleaning: Remove oxide scale, rust, oil stains, molding sand, etc. from the surface of workpieces to prepare for subsequent processes such as painting and electroplating.

Surface strengthening: The surface layer of the workpieces is plastically deformed by the impact of projectiles, improving their fatigue strength (such as key components like springs and gears).

Applicable workpieces: Small and medium-sized castings, forgings, stamping parts, hardware tools, auto parts, etc., especially suitable for batch processing of irregularly shaped workpieces.
