Qingdao Jinwo Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd., a professional manufacturer of shot blasting equipment, has successfully completed a complete project of installing Dalipu Petroleum Co., Ltd.'s steel pipe inner and outer wall sandblasting equipment, including equipment manufacturing, on-site installation and system debugging. From the design and development of the equipment, parts processing and assembly, to transportation to the customer's site for precise installation, and through multiple debugging and optimization steps, we ensure that the performance of the equipment meets the design requirements and effectively achieves the task of sandblasting and cleaning the inner and outer walls of steel pipes. Now the equipment is ready for use. A set of steel pipe inner and outer wall sandblasting equipment with an inner diameter of 200 and a length of 12 meters was developed for the enterprise.
The steel pipe inner and outer wall shot blasting machine can automatically load and unload steel pipes and automatically perform shot blasting of the inner wall of steel pipes. First, open the reverse sealing chamber, and the automatic steel pipe feeding mechanism will automatically move the steel pipe to the storage rack to the working position. After the workpiece is installed in place, the steel pipe clamping device will automatically clamp the workpiece, turn over the sealing chamber, and the workpiece will rotate. The spray gun holder moves the spray gun to complete the internal spraying operation of the steel pipe. The large air volume dust removal system we developed can ensure that the particles in the steel pipe are captured by the wind and collected. After finishing the shot blasting, close the shot feeding valve and sand blasting valve, pull out the sand blasting system from the cleaned steel pipe, push out the sealing chamber out, and the steel pipe unloading system on the trolley will automatically pull out the steel pipe. The steel pipe will automatically roll down to the unloading platform, thus completing the working cycle.
The steel pipe outer wall shot blasting machine is equipped with a highly efficient abrasive collecting, separating and controlling system, which can continuously remove dust, debris and large/small particles from the abrasive. An abrasive control valve is provided to accurately measure the amount of abrasive entering the shot blast wheel. Excellent surface quality is achieved through the special arrangement of shot discs, high jet force and innovative conveying system. The shot blasting chamber body is a welded structure made of steel sheets and steel sections. There are two sets of impeller heads installed at the top of the shot blasting chamber. Their layout is designed based on the results of computer dynamic simulation, and all angles and positions are optimized by computer. The inner protective plate is made of Mn13 material with excellent impact resistance.
Shot blasting technology is mainly used to clean the inner wall of the steel pipe. Compressed air is used as the force to accelerate the projectile, which generates a certain amount of kinetic energy and sprays it onto the inner wall of the steel pipe. When the steel pipe is placed in the spray room, the sprayer automatically extends into the steel pipe and moves up and down in the cavity, completing the all-round spray cleaning of the inner wall of the steel pipe.
