    Equipped with frequency-controlled blast wheels, the workpiece surface receives uniform impact force, with a shot coverage rate of over 98%, achieving an excellent strengthening effect. The worktable rotates to drive the workpiece in a circular motion, cooperating with multi-directional blast wheels to realize all-round, high-efficiency rust removal, descaling, sand cleaning, and surface strengthening without dead zones.

    During operation, workpieces rotate at a constant speed with the table, and shots cover the surface evenly without damage or deformation, ensuring consistent cleaning quality. It is especially suitable for medium and large, heavy, regularly shaped or collision-sensitive workpieces such as discs, rings, covers, boxes, castings, forgings, etc.
