Tumble Belt Shot Blasting Machine
Product Description:

The Rubber Tracked Shot Blasting Machine uses high-strength wear-resistant rubber tracks or manganese steel tracks to load and unload workpieces. It is mainly used for sand cleaning, rust removal, descaling, and surface strengthening of small castings, forgings, stampings, gears, springs, and other components. It is especially suitable for cleaning and strengthening parts that are not sensitive to collision.

By means of high-speed rotating impellers, steel shots are propelled onto the workpieces inside the blasting chamber to achieve effective cleaning.

Core Features

  • Suitable for batch processing of small and medium-sized workpieces, with uniform cleaning and no dead corners

  • Rubber track protects workpieces and reduces collisions, scratches, and deformation

  • High degree of automation, simple operation, and stable running

  • Recyclable steel shots, low production cost

  • Sealed structure + high-efficiency dust removal, environmentally friendly and safe

  • Wide application range, capable of processing workpieces of various materials and shapes

Application Scope

Rust removal, descaling, surface strengthening, sand cleaning, and deburring of various small and medium-sized castings, forgings, stampings, standard parts, hardware parts, automotive components, agricultural machinery parts, heat-treated parts, etc.

Non-standard customization is available.

Technical Specifications

Q: What is the lead time?

A: Standard configurations ship in 35–60 days after receipt of order. Non-standard dimensions, export crate packing, peak-season saturation and third-party inspection each extend that, and are scheduled separately.

Q: What does the price cover?

A: The quotation is a complete set: blast system (main machine, blast wheels, elevator, separator, conveying mechanism), dust collection system (collector and ducting), and the wear parts configured for that model. Ocean freight and insurance, duties and clearance, and third-party inspection are excluded. Installation is quoted separately at USD 135 per man-day.

Q: What is the warranty?

A: 12 months from the date the final acceptance certificate is signed, normal wear parts excluded. We recommend stocking two years' worth of wear-prone parts. Any reported quality issue gets a written response within 24 hours.

Q: Can it be built for our voltage?

A: Yes. Machines are built to the destination voltage and frequency. The exact specification and motor selection are confirmed in writing at order, because power ratings can differ between voltage variants.

Q: How often does the belt need replacing?

A: The belt is a normal wear part and sits outside the 12-month warranty. Service life depends on charge weight, edge sharpness and accumulated running hours, so there is no fixed interval. We recommend one spare belt with the machine and a two-year wear-parts stock.

Q: Can you build to a non-standard requirement?

A: Yes. Standard models are the base; chamber size, number of blast wheels and dust collection configuration can be adapted. Non-standard projects are quoted and scheduled separately. Anything beyond the two catalogue models is engineered to order — no model code and no published parameters until the scheme is fixed.
