The steel structure shot blasting machine is mainly used for surface treatment of steel structural parts. Its core function is to remove impurities such as rust, oxide scale, oil stains, and old paint layers on the surface of steel structures through the impact of high-speed projectiles, while forming a certain roughness on the surface of steel structures.

The steel structure shot blasting machine can work continuously and uninterruptedly, and perform oxide scale removal, cleaning, and pre-treatment on various types of steel materials, such as steel plates, steel materials, steel beams, section steels, steel pipe, and cast steel parts, in a continuous passing manner. During the cleaning process, the steel structural parts or steel materials are sent into the projectile area in the chamber of the cleaning machine by the speed-adjustable conveying roller table. All surfaces of the workpiece are hit and rubbed by intensive and powerful projectiles from different coordinate directions, so that the oxide scale, rust layer, and other contaminants on them fall off quickly, and the surface of the steel material obtains a smooth surface with a certain roughness. Workpieces are loaded and unloaded on the roller tables at the inlet and outlet on both sides outside the cleaning chamber.

The projectiles and rust dust falling on the steel materials are blown by the purging device, and the separated pure projectiles are recycled for shot blasting. The dust generated during shot blasting cleaning is sent to the dust removal system through the exhaust pipe, and the purified air after treatment is discharged into the atmosphere.
