This machine is specially designed for the surface treatment of steel pipes. It mainly cleans, derusts and strengthens the inner and outer walls or outer wall of steel pipes by spraying abrasives such as steel shots at high speed. It can efficiently remove impurities such as rust, scale, oil stains and old coatings on the surface of steel pipes, providing a clean surface foundation for subsequent processes such as painting, electroplating and welding, and ensuring the firmness of coatings or connections. Through the impact of steel shots, it can form a certain plastic deformation on the surface of steel pipes, generate residual compressive stress, improve the fatigue strength and wear resistance of steel pipes, and prolong their service life.

Generally, it consists of a cleaning chamber, shot blasters, a conveying mechanism (such as roller conveying, which is used to support and convey steel pipes to rotate forward), a shot recycling system (including a hoist, a separator, a screw conveyor, etc.), a dust removal system and an electrical control system.

When a steel pipe enters the cleaning chamber through the conveying mechanism, it rotates and moves forward at a constant speed driven by the rollers. At the same time, multiple shot blasters arranged at different angles spray high-speed steel shots onto the surface of the steel pipe (the outer wall or both inner and outer walls can be treated according to requirements). The surface treatment is completed by the impact force of the steel shots. After treatment, the shots can be recycled after being separated and screened by the recycling system, and the dust is collected and treated by the dust removal system to avoid pollution.
