一. Core Structure
It uses flat bags (mainstream) or filter cartridges as filter elements, which are inserted and fixed into the tube sheet from the side, mostly in external filtration mode. It consists of a cabinet, filter bags/cartridges, a cleaning system (pulse‑jet / reverse air / mechanical vibration), a dust hopper, and a side‑insert sealed access door.

Dust‑laden gas enters the cabinet; dust is trapped on the outer surface of filter bags/cartridges, and clean air passes through the filter elements and is discharged.
As the dust layer thickens, the cleaning system activates (pulse‑jet, reverse air, or mechanical vibration) to remove dust from the surface.
Dust falls into the dust hopper for periodic discharge.
Filter elements are replaced through the side sealed door, with all operations performed outside the machine.
