​Vertical Cartridge Dust Collector

Vertical bag dust collectors adopt a vertical filter bag suspension design, with the main body composed of an upper chamber (including dust cleaning devices and air outlets), a middle chamber (filter bag installation chamber and perforated plate), and a lower chamber (ash hopper and ash discharge device). The filter bags are supported and fixed to the perforated plate via cage frames. The dust cleaning system can be configured with pulse jet or reverse air blowing, and some models support offline single-chamber cleaning to enhance efficiency. These collectors are widely used for dust control in industries such as steel, cement, chemicals, and grain processing, and are suitable for efficient capture of dust at emission points like raw material transfer sites, boiler flue gas outlets, and powder conveying systems.
