The width of the mesh belt can be adapted to convey workpieces of various sizes smoothly and safely, including all kinds of small components.
By adopting a mesh belt conveying system, it can automatically perform shot blasting cleaning, rust removal, descaling, sand cleaning, and surface strengthening for all kinds of flat, thin-walled, and easily deformable workpieces.

Technical Specifications
Q: Will thin-wall parts be distorted by the blasting?
A: Deformation from part-on-part contact does not occur: parts pass in a single layer, with no tumbling and no stacking. The remaining variable is blast intensity — shot still carries momentum into a thin section, and some combination of wheel power and belt speed will bow a thin panel. The control is lower intensity over more passes, buying exposure with time rather than simply slowing the belt. Give us the thinnest section in the batch and wheel power and belt speed are set against that part, not against the heaviest one.
Q: What warranty and after-sales response do you offer?
A: 12 months from the date the final acceptance certificate is signed, excluding normal wear parts. We recommend stocking two years of wear parts; the items that go first are blast wheel blades, distributors and wear liners. Any reported quality issue receives a written reply within 24 hours. The warranty is void where damage results from non-original wear parts or unauthorised modification.
