​Downflow Cartridge Dust Collector

The downflow cartridge dust collector, also known as the inclined cartridge dust collector or magazine-style cartridge dust collector, is a type of dust removal equipment that uses filter cartridges as core filtration units and employs solenoid pulse valves to open and close compressed air for blowback cleaning. Dust removal is a physical interception process, similar to a sieve: dust particles larger than the sieve pores are intercepted, while those smaller can penetrate. Therefore, the finer the sieve pores, the higher the dust interception efficiency. Different emission concentration requirements necessitate the use of filter media with varying pore sizes.
