​Inclined Cartridge Dust Collector

The inclined cartridge dust collector is a type of dust removal equipment with filter cartridges installed at an angle. Its core components include filter cartridges, a pulse cleaning system, a fan, and a dust collection box. Compared with traditional vertically installed cartridge dust collectors, the inclined design optimizes air flow distribution and improves filtration efficiency.

During the filtration process, when dust-laden gas enters the dust collector, it passes through the filter cartridges under the action of the fan. Dust particles are intercepted on the surface of the cartridges, while clean air is discharged from the outlet. The pulse jet technology is adopted, in which compressed air is instantaneously released through the spray pipe to make the cartridges vibrate, causing the dust attached to the cartridges to fall off into the dust collection box and ensuring the continuous and efficient operation of the cartridges. The filter cartridges are installed at a certain angle, which not only reduces dust accumulation but also optimizes the air flow path, reduces equipment resistance, and prolongs the service life of the cartridges.
