The Cartridge Case Internal & External Shot Blasting Machine is a high-end, specialized model of cartridge case dedicated shot blasting machines. It is designed for the internal and external surface treatment of cartridge cases and similar cartridge-type products. It is also a dedicated shot blasting equipment for the internal or external wall cleaning of steel cylinders, acetylene cylinders, oxygen cylinders, etc.
This machine removes oxide scale, welding slag, and other impurities, leaving a clean metallic luster to facilitate subsequent painting and coating operations. It features automatic loading and unloading, as well as automatic internal and external shot blasting.
Unlike ordinary cartridge case shot blasting machines that only treat the external surface, this model is specially adapted to the characteristics of cartridge cases: thin wall, narrow inner cavity, and high machining precision requirements. It adopts full-process flexible clamping to ensure no deformation during processing.
It is a core surface treatment equipment for military ammunition manufacturing, civilian hunting cartridge/sports cartridge processing, and cartridge case refurbishment and restoration.
