The Rubber Tracked Shot Blasting Machine uses high-strength wear-resistant rubber tracks or manganese steel tracks to load and unload workpieces. It is mainly used for sand cleaning, rust removal, descaling, and surface strengthening of small castings, forgings, stampings, gears, springs, and other components. It is especially suitable for cleaning and strengthening parts that are not sensitive to collision.
By means of high-speed rotating impellers, steel shots are propelled onto the workpieces inside the blasting chamber to achieve effective cleaning.
