Hook Hanging Shot Blast Machine

    Hook Hanger Type Shot Blasting Machine is a continuous, heavy-duty surface cleaning equipment. It is used for shot blasting of small iron castings, steel castings, forgings, and stamping parts, especially suitable for cleaning castings and forgings. It removes rust, oxide scale, and other contaminants to restore a clean metallic surface, relieves internal stress, improves fatigue resistance, and enhances coating adhesion, ultimately improving both surface and internal quality of workpieces.

    Equipped with an overhead conveyor system, it automatically performs rust removal, descaling, sand cleaning, and surface strengthening. It is ideal for mass flow-line production of large and long workpieces suitable for hanging.

Workpieces are suspended and conveyed at a constant speed through the blasting chamber. Multiple blast wheels project steel shots at high speed from various angles to achieve full‑range, dead‑zone‑free cleaning. It features high efficiency, no workpiece deformation, and uniform surface quality. The machine adopts a sealed structure with an integrated abrasive recycling, separating, and dust removal system, ensuring stable operation, low dust emission, energy saving, and environmental protection.
