Hook Type Shot Blasting Machine

    Hook Type Shot Blasting Machine is a suspended, batch-type shot blasting equipment. It is also one of the most widely used shot blasting machines in the foundry and machining industries. It is suitable for surface treatment of various medium and large castings, forgings, weldments, and heat-treated parts, including fragile and irregularly shaped workpieces.

    It is especially ideal for surface cleaning or strengthening of slender, thin-walled parts that are sensitive to collision. It is available in single-hook and double-hook versions.

    The workpiece is lifted and rotated by an electric hook, cooperating with blast wheels inside the cleaning chamber to form a 360° projectile flow, achieving efficient removal of oxide scale, rust, burrs, and molding sand from the workpiece surface. Some models can also perform surface strengthening.

    The machine features simple operation, a small footprint, and full coverage without dead ends. It is specially designed for small and medium-sized castings, forgings, stampings, and weldments, suitable for single-piece or small-batch production of various workpieces. It is a core surface pretreatment equipment in industrial production.
