Applications of This Machine:
This machine is designed for surface treatment of various medium to large castings, forgings, welded structures, and heat-treated parts, including fragile and irregularly shaped components. It is also ideal for cleaning or strengthening thin, impact-prone parts. The machine features single and double hook configurations, with two hooks alternating to load and unload workpieces into the cleaning chamber. Steel shot particles (0.2-0.8 mm) are projected onto the workpiece surface, creating a controlled surface roughness that enhances the appearance, modifies compressive stress, and increases the service life of the workpiece.
