Steel Structure Shot Blasting Machine is a fully automatic, continuous surface treatment equipment. It is mainly used for surface cleaning and strengthening of main steel structures, such as H-beams and box columns for construction, as well as steel beams, columns, and trusses in industrial workshops. It performs rust removal, descaling, welding slag cleaning, and surface strengthening for steel structural parts, including H-beams, I-beams, channel steels, steel plates, box girders, etc.
一. Core Working Principle
Conveying: Workpieces pass through the blasting chamber at a constant speed via the roller conveyor system.
Blasting: Multiple high-efficiency blast wheels throw steel shots at high speed from different angles to impact the workpiece surface.
Recycling: Steel shots are recycled through screw conveyors, bucket elevators, and abrasive separators, while dust is purified by the dust removal system.
Unloading: Finished workpieces are automatically conveyed to the next process.
